Technical Support
Digital Speech Systems offers various options for you to choose from for your technical support needs.
- Free remote technical
support is available during our
normal buiness hours for all
Authorized Digital Speech
Systems Dealers and Distributors
per the terms of the authorized
dealer contract and for all
systems that are still under
warranty or for sites that have
an active maintenance contract.
- After hours "Call Back"
emergency support is available
at no charge for all Authorized
Digital Speech Dealers and
Distributors or for systems that
have an active maintenance
contract that includes 24 hour
support. All other requests will
be billed at twice the current
time and material rate. When
leaving an emergency call back
request you will receive a call
from one of our on-call
technicians within 1 hour.
- Email support: You may
click here to submit a
non-emergency support question
via email. Please allow at least
1 business day for a response.
- Onsite Support: While most
technical issues can usually be
resolved remotely we do offer
onsite support on a time and
material basis plus travel
expenses. In some cases Digital
Speech Systems may elect to send
a local technician from one of
our Authorized Dealers or
Technology Partners to your
location.
- Online Support Portal: Our
online support portal is
available to Authorized Digital
Speech Systems Dealers and
Distributors and Customers who
have an active maintenance
contract. You must register and
be approved in order to login to
our support portal. Once you
have logged in you will have
acess to a variety of services
and resources including
submitting and reviewing support
tickets, documentaion and
software updates, and live chat
support.
