Agent Evaluation and Training
Digital Speech Systems agent evaluation tools are available for call center supervisors and quality assurance managers. These tools can also be used in the E911 centers to track dispatcher performance.
Included with the evaluation software is a flexible forms wizard. Customized agent grading forms can be created to fit the need of any quality assurance program. Specific grading forms can be created for different agent groups based upon their group within the center. Supervisors review agent-customer interaction while completing the evaluation form. An unlimited number or forms can be created.
Reports are included to help define individual agent and group performance metrics.
